About
Scott Boutin is an eclectic DJ and producer from San Francisco who has been making various forms of electronic music since 1993. His first proper release came in 2000 with a full length album of eclectic sounds from dub and downtempo to disco and idm. A techno 12" was released in 2001, followed by a move to San Francisco. In SF Scott starting his imprint Divine Resonance Records and released 3 EPs of acid house, disco, and electro. He also has releases on Blipswitch Digital, Whiskey Pickle, and GOzombie. Scott has released experimental electronic sounds under the moniker archetypewriter, which is heavily influenced by jazz, dub, idm, and post-rock. Under the name Metadub Scott focuses his sound palate on the cross section of deep dubstep and techno.

@Caltrop: Thanks man. I'm a big fan of all of Andy Meecham's output. He's great at pulling out the best aspects of classic sounds and leaving out the cheese.
