A reflection of the beauty of Aotearoa’s native forestry and landscape. This song holds a tear for the sacred and ‘protected’ land which our current government intends to destroy for temporary commercial benefit. Voice of the voiceless, Martini Miller. Additional love, light, and native vibrations from Kate Brown.
This track will be remixed and remastered at a later date in preparation for full length album release =)

@Bloop: One idea for the vocoding is to duplicate the track and have each part work contrapuntally and panned opposingly. One side could follow the bass, and the other a harmony :)

@Bloop: Yeah the bits you chose worked out real good eh, apart from maybe cut the vol on the first drop bit seems too loud, same goes for the intro little bit. And voices seem to bet lost in the mix, reckon Byron'll sort that out though : )

@dj om: I don't think so... But the vocoder does go off into the chain alongside the dry vocals so I can see how it gives you that impression =)

@Sub-Zero.1: Yeah come to think of it I should've tried the bass melody for the vocoder notes aye... I just jammed and let whatever happened happen lol ;D Are you happy with the takes I chose to include? I was playing around with the fail bit for a while last night haha ended up too distracting to the vibe though so gave it the chop =)

Cool as man, did you end up sending the delayed signal into the vocoder? Sounds like theres a small trace of it in there :D

Whoa bro! sounding pretty dope eh. The vox and bass seem to be contesting each other here but can't wait till you're off to Byron and get to tweaks it all!
