Growing up in the early 80s brotha berry began listening to various kinds of music ranging from new wave to smooth jazz. as the early 90s sound began to roll around brotha berry started listening to techno discovering electronica for the first time. Videos game music also played a part in brotha berrys influences from such games as Zelda,megaman and f-zero. One late night he tuned into the radio station and heard a very deep groovy track by Frankie knuckles called the whistle song. The song immediately captured brotha berry thus beginning his love for house music. In early 2000 brotha berry realized he had a unique sound in music and began producing and experimenting with various genres ranging from progressive, ambient to trance. As his style of music became geared towards house music, he started hearing various artists such as doc martin, soul minority, carl cox, Kevin yost and Sebastian Davidson to name a few. from 2005-09 brotha berry stopped producing music due to severe depression and hard times in life. Almost giving up his love and passion for house music, he heard a track on beatport by wally callero called house gangster that re-inspired him To continue his passion and love for house music. Now back in full swing of production, you can expect 2012 and beyond to be full of great music and unique productions
