This was recorded in the newly planned city of LinGang Harbour City about an hour outside of Shanghai on April 14, 2009. LinGang is mostly built on reclaimed land from the East China Sea and the city is planned using a Utopian 'Garden City' Concept. Most of the town is still being built so there is still not a lot of people in the area. The location of this recording was taken at the sea wall about 10 minutes from the center. There are some interesting bird calls and passersby.

This was recorded using a Sennheiser MKH-418s and a Sony PCM-D50 with XLR-1 attachment.
