lacking-for-ideas
The working title was the rather imaginative "Lacking For Ideas" - this has been revised to "Answers on a Postcard". Still might change again. It's one of the five tracks which are under consideration for release by my band Ely. Go to ely_loves_you for more.
So as the intro suggests, this was going to be another clubby tune, but for some reason I ended up writing something with a Paul Simon/Graceland kinda feel to it. Dunno where that came from, but it's fairly fun.
Sounds a bit late 90s to me. 98/99ish.
I am liking the added parts.. Loving the moods as well.
