Dried Dead Birds Sing

Spring has sprung here - but when it was springing last week, the birds woke me up one morning at 4am, so I recorded some of their singing and spent the following afternoon sleepily writing this little build to accompany them.

There's a very subby bass, which you probably won't hear on crappy speakers. Just FYI :)

This is one of my many tracks done with no quantization whatsoever. It's always scary making music without that crutch, but despite (or because of) the inevitable mistakes, it always sounds richer, to my ears...
