Biofa is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He moved to Spain in 2001 after getting involved in important events back in Brazil where he discovered psytrance, after trying out some styles. In Europe, he joined Sinergia and Ganesha Crew and performed many rave parties and festivals with important names such as Juno Reactor, Tristan, GMS, Atomic Pulse, Quantica, Michelle Adamson, Soma, Atomic Pulse, Rinkadink, Poli, Alchemix, Earthling, Brain Hunters, Dni, Biogenesis, Fractal Noise, Ski Fi, Zaidan, Fiuzz, Ruhl, Hilight Tribe, etc., in places like Mexico, London, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, Edimburgh, Rome, Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife, Ibiza, and more. He joined the last Drum Parade Madrid 2009-2010 playing to more than 20.000 persons on Madrid's streets. His DJ sets were broadcasted by web radios from Germany, Brazil, Spain and England, where he played directly from Trance Moon Studios in London.
