Billie V or Believe…who are we? Billie V are two women from Friesland,
which is situated in the north of the Netherlands.
We have names too: Sjouk on guitar and vocals, Jel on drumcomputer,
udu (African percussion instrument) and samples.
Each of us has been playing in guitarbands for quite a number of years.
After that Sjouk and Jel composed a more esoteric kind of music with soundscapes,
built their own studio and recorded it themselves. Up until now Billie V released four cd’s:
