About
Rob Conner's first encounter with dance music was at the Probe in Los Angeles. He fell in love with the non-stop beat and after moving to San Francisco discovered the legendary Pleasuredome where he spent many sweaty nights dancing to the magic of Neil Lewis. Off the dance floor, he found himself touring the album racks at Tower Records in search of the sounds that had so strongly captured his interest.
Rob's love for music, experience in producing parties like REAL BAD, and work with DJs eventually lead him to give the art of mixing a try. He took lessons and gained a new appreciation for the art form. Rob was so inspired after his first lesson that he purchased the equipment to outfit a home studio and started creating his own sets.
Rob has been most influenced by DJs Bryan Reyes, Steve Sherwood and Peter Canellis, who are known for their mastery of tribal, progressive house and trance.
