Big’N’Hairy is proud to present the debut EP by Germany’s new blood in eclectic club sounds, Tim Turbo. The „Hush (Iggy, Iggy)/Linyora EP“ is brimful with tropical bass flavours, as well as state of the art house rhythms featuring an all new multinational dancefloor phenomenon on the vocals consisting of Gnucci Banana and her husband Spoek Mathambo. He is part of a new breed of African artists and hitting the world hard with his take on Afro- futurism. She is Yugoslavian and has been blowing minds with her sassy raps as well as her wild stage antics. They bang out lyrics in a mish mash of English, some Swedish and South African slang and are known for their astonishing live shows.

"Hush (Iggy, Iggy)“ is a B-more beat driven, synth peppered announcement to all haters who just can not stop talking behind our backs. For those who don’t know, Iggy is a South African slang word for all those abject wafflers and jealous people. The song yells right in the face of all Iggys: „Get out my way!“
The second original tune, „Linyora“ is defined by a dreamy, almost techy theme and based on an all-out kickdrum, propulsive percussions and some heavy armed Kuduro breakdowns. Spoek plays the role of a Soweto area don, who wants to win the heart of the most beautiful girl in the neighborhood – thats Gnucci’s role. But she plays hard-to-get and he tries nearly everything to attract her. Guess what happens?
The cherry on this transnational bass cake is a shitload of dancefloor blasting remixes. Douster jumped in his time machine and came back with a 90s Dancehall sweeper. Hamburg’s So Shifty tucked „Hush (Iggy, Iggy)“ in an all new sweat suit after their fancy, while _Beware and Motorpitch_ came up with a mesmerizing rhythm on top of a grooving how-low-can-you-go bassline. Upcoming cool cats Cocotaxi and tropical bass outfit Hat+Hoodie know how to satisfy with minimal beatframes that create maximum swagger and last but not least, Tipanic touches down with a half Trance, half amazing hybrid plus a dash of Dancehall.
