Good. It's a bit short, though, for what it is. Technically, you have a 2-minute minimum, which you met, but for this story, I'd like to have heard a bit more, from other voices. For example, is there an administrator you could have spoken with, who could have shed light on concrete plans to privatize? Is it really in the offing, or is it just hypothetical? Grade: A-
