American Betsie Larkin, a newcomer to trance, delivers one of the most soaring vocals in the past few years and the whole production is representative of Ferry’s welcome return to his old melodic and uplifting sound.

There’s a wide range of versions to choose from on this release, with remixes coming from popular Finnish Anjunabeats duo Super8 & Tab, highly rated and versatile German producers Duderstadt, Russian dynamo Bobina and the legendary Push. A very tempting bundle I’m sure you’ll agree.

The Extended Mix is not surprisingly very successful. At nearly nine minutes in length, it is given time to rise from restrained beginnings, with energy levels starting high and remaining at that level throughout. Larkin’s vocal is the perfect blend – one minute full bodied emotion, the next breathy sugariness and the hooky chorus is guaranteed to lodge in your head. The track builds to a euphoric climax with a superb, yet strangely familiar, melody.
