Can't fault the production on this badboy - it sounds nice and crisp and, despite the determinedly old skool vibe, there's enough modern touches to keep it fresh. Still, I'd lose that 'yep yep yep yep' sample (or replace it with something else - a phasered hihat maybe). The trancey breakdown is lovely but I agree with El Jefe that the track needs to slam back in a bit harder - maybe drop out everything except the synthy guitar sound or just really eke out the buildup with lots of reverb and white noise.
Nice work, Senor Trix! Very crisp and polished sounding. Initially I found the high pitched 'wheerp' sound a bit annoying but it grew on me as the track progressed. Nice meaty (sorry!) bassline you got there too ;-)
I liked it. I'd agree with Rishi that maybe you could pull the highs down just a tiny bit and boost the low end.
The vocal breakdown is FANTASTIC though. If I could make one suggestion is that maybe in the breakdown you could introduce some kind of musical change-up - maybe pitch the bass up a fifth just so there's a bit of tension before the track comes crashing back in proper.

Hmm, not mad on the vocal sample...

Ooh, this really is very nice indeed.
Dirtier than a [insert particularly dirty thing here]. Nice work!
This wee rubbery wobble sound is fantastic!
Slightly seasick sounding (but in a good way)
I flippin' love these synths here!

Madness! :-D
LOVE IT!
That is some seriously DEEP bass you've got there. Positively subterranean...
