Bernard was born in Donegal, Ireland in 1983. Bernard’s love of electronic music materialised from his desire to discover newer and bigger thrills beyond the music that surrounded him in the mid to late 90’s. He quickly toured between Hard-House, Hard-Trance, Trance and Electro to where he finally found his ultimate thrill, Tech-House & Techno.

In 2001 Bernard bought his first set of turntables. It wasn’t until 2008 that Bernard decided that he was ready to play out. Within a short period of time he had been getting gigs for Deep Fried Funk, Celtronic, Red Rooms and Jika Jika, his own radio show on CueLK and C.G.I. Radio, and runs his own very successful clubnight called SILK with a fellow DJ and friend Jason Cameron.

In 2003 Bernard started to learn the lengthy process of creating his own music. Teaching himself everything, armed only with an Ableton Live tutorial book and a midi keyboard user manual. Bernard perfected his sound into something unique and proceeded to find the perfect label to thrust his talents upon the world.

A lot of Bernard’s influences were born from being interested in so many different styles of electronic music and he now incorporates some elements from his past musical adventures into the music that he currently produces.
