my cover of Caro mio ben by Tommaso Giordani, played on a Sanchez 1023 guitar. I originally heard this in the film 'Amadeus' and really liked it.
I miked this with a Neumann TLM103 and Rode NT5 as a stereo spaced pair, just trying some new miking techniques and experimenting in the recording studio.
I used some parallel compression as well as upwards expansion then limiting to create a 'larger than life' sound, also some reverb to give it more depth.
