Benton (BCR - Cargo - Germany)
By the end of 1999 Benton started djing in many different underground clubs
driven and combined with his passion for extravagant and crazy performances and
shows.

At that time his style consisted of solid, pumping tribal Techno and Acid.
Nowadays he puts his focus on deep hypnotic driving and straight forward
going techno plus a good taste of heavy dancefloor killers. His sets are always
very exciting and perfect to rock, because of his mixture of straight techno and
club sound orientated tracks always chosen very carefully.

During the past years Benton played and promoted shows in very special and
well known locations, in Germany as well as in Vancouver.
He organized parties in the Sonar Club/Vancouver and others and guess what,
they were also very well recieved! After that his travelling lead him to other cities like Hamburg (Waagenbau, Baalsaal/Neidclub), where Benton promoted many shows under the name Cargo. Artists like Ben Klock, Marcel Fengler, Terence Fixmer, Adam X, Damon Wild, Echoplex, Tama Sumo, Margaret Dygas, Sleeparchieve and many more well known artists were regularly guests and
played together with Benton.
Berlin had such a strong influence on him that he decided to stay.

In Berlin the heart of electronic music is beating. Hence Benton said to himself, that’s
my new hometown. Meeting the team of the label Prologue in 2008 he was ask from Prologue Team later to help buildup the booking agency of Prologue and he decided to be part of it.
He organiced very succesfully many labelnights for Prologue and the biggest at Berghain - Berlin in January 2010.
These days, Benton got back to his roots and is focussed on his music and started producing very massive and straight techno tracks.
