The style of music I play is good music,Do you like good music it comes in all forms.. I will not limit myself to one style of music,or recording style,I like to change it up constantly..
I am a troubled soul, yet thru art/Music I find great release,and for a brief moment my cares and worrys melt away with every note I play..
I have been playing music all of my life..
In preschool I was forced to play piano,and by late kindergarden I was a concert pianist but hated the fact that it was not my choice.So I haven't played piano since,yet this application translates to every instrument I touch!
My first band crowd pleaser (which you can find among my tracks)we played a battle of the bands we patiently awaited our turn along with 15 other bands on the docit..We got lucky and with a draw from a hat we were chosen as the third band to play,after we played they put a cease and desist on the contest ! "we don't even need to hear the other bands you won they said" the prize was phenomenal! We won a cd,three day festival, at a giant venue here in Washington, called the gorge ampitheater and depending on how we did the chance to talk to a lable...We went to the hills to escape the concrete jungle, and the inhabitants of disorder..The following morning after the celebration,we were homeward bound and I was driveing,the freeway was clear and It was smooth sailing,just then I experienced my first major seizure..when I came back to my senses we were in the freeway medium,and everyone in the car was screaming-so I clenched the wheel to correct but I over corrected sending the sports car airborn..After three revelations in the air we landed, only we landed hard and my lead guitarist/best friend was paralyzed.I won't forgive myself till he's walking...I have thought deeply about this and if I could trade him spots..I would.
Thus ending our career and band!
I continue to play, yet the dynamic of the six bands I have been in since never fit,so lately I've been focusing on my solo career but I am looking for musicians to complete the work of a life time..
My favorite bands/Influence remain the same,nirvana,sublime and the eels.
Im prosperous and alive and for greatness I strive..
I will carry on..that is what makes sense yet unfortunately common sense isn't that common..
