His parents named him Benjamin.
He loves music - "it kickstarts the mornings, keeps you up at night, eases a hard knock day at work & really increases the emotions of the human soul" he once said.

He started DJ'ing back in 2008 and have played numerous venues, both in his home country; Denmark (Beachparties, rooftops, Ideal Bar, NASA, Cocktailbox, Jolene, Culture box etc.) and outside of Denmark such as Fizz, Koh Tao, Thailand and Ministry of Sound, Playa Del Ingles,
Spain. Over the last year he has guested radioshows almost every week. To name a few: U Got Bang'ed by Ian Bang, The Drug by Mikkel Ymer, Drunk Funk FM by Frej Le Vin and G-Mon and currently he is hosting his own radioshow called BENSTER's Nightvibes on VibeFM every Saturday night from 11-12 pm.
