Benjamin Kruse was born in 1987 in the north of Hamburg. Grown up with his 2 older brothers, Vincenzo and Florian Kruse, he found his faible for electronic music. That's one of the reasons why he started to produce his own music in 2004. Benjamin's sound can be best described as techy, minimal but still deep house music. Beside his brothers and the Hamburg based producers Nils Nürnberg, Lovebirds and Einmusik, Benjamin is influenced by the sound of John Tejada, Manuel Tur, Tiger Stripes and Minilogue to name just a few. Electronic music became part of his life and it keeps him smiling to see people are loosing themselves in electronic music. Benjamin's aim is to reach these kind of people with his tracks.
In 2008 Benjamin had his first release on Save Room Recordings with his portugese friend "Tiago Marques", called "The Attic EP" where Benjamin's Track "Time" (which got great feedback from Banganas "Alf Tumble" and many other great producers) has been included. There has also been a collaboration between Florian Kruse, Tiago Marques and him on this EP, which is called "Deeep". A remix job for Rob Salmon's "The Drive Home" followed, which has also been released on Save Room. Producers like Shur-i-khan, Stel, Audio Soul Project and Dualton gave big ups for Benjamin's Remix. With all that big support, Benjamin got the request to do a remix for Paul Ursin & Benny Benew from Sicily, for there "Music To My Way" track, which will be released soon on "Limits Records".
