Peaceful Ambience is a music remix project designed for deep relaxation, stress relief, sleep and dreaming. Combining meditation music composed by J.S. Epperson, brainwave entrainment and ocean waves.
Meditation Music
In this release, I used music from www.Higher-Music.com/Free, Epperson’s Free Creative Commons tracks. The base music set used in both tracks one and two of this album is “Insight (Prologue)” which I changed the pitch and speed.
Brainwave Entrainment
I combined in a Theta Bi-Lateral Isochronic Pulse at 7.83 Hz, with a base frequency of 174 which is the Schumann Resonance.
A 5Hz-2Hz Delta Binaural Beat with a base frequency at 200Hz.
A 3Hz-0.5Hz Delta Binaural Beat with a base frequency at 396Hz, a Solfeggio Tone.
How To Use This Album
Use good stereo headphones, or ear buds. Either of these is required due to the use of binaural beats in this recording, which requires a high quality stereo field.
Sit in a comfortable chair, or lay down with your eyes closed.
Listen to this music is a quiet, calm environment.
Keep volume at a comfortable level; do not play on a high volume.
This music will cause drowsiness and a relaxed response, DO NOT use while driving or operating heavy duty machinery.
If you experience any adverse reaction while listening to this brainwave entrainment album, discontinue use immediately.
