Here is a summary of belüga's concept:

The "Digital tales" album is a sweet and poetic electronic story.
If the web has a brain and a kind of spirit, then maybe we should find somewhere, somehow,
behind some hidden node, a place where few méga octets are allowed to dream and reminiscences about old industrial fashions,
acoustic instruments and human voices, that sometimes would reach us clearly, sometimes distorted by their travel through encodings on the internet.
These are those dreams I'll try to catch and share.
