Timothy Wessels aka DJ TJ is a dj/producer that was born into the music scene. Since a child he was exposed to many different music types and scenes. TJ’s passion started in the late 80′s early 90′s when he started making his own mix tapes, yes TAPES! TJ then moved forward into producing hip hop instrumentals for local hip hop artist in his neighborhood. As the years went on, his music taste was expanded and so was his network. TJ then started dj’ing at night clubs around the city. While dj’ing TJ kept his productions going with a the recording studio Mixim Productions which grew as he got older. Years went by working at music stores and night clubs all over. As time went on he crossed paths with DJ Nathan Jenkins who also lived a very similar life and had vary similar goals! Jenkins and TJ then founded what is now BEATROX RECORDS! Since then they have been producing what is now the most current and innovative dance and club music. TJ has found the realization of his childhood dreams continues to pursue greater things. TJ eats, breaths, and shits music till the day he dies!
