The Beatrabauken - der Name ist Programm. Axel Eilers und Ben Weber lernten sich 2006 kennen, und schnell war klar, dass sich eine musikalische Revolution anbahnte. Ben (Producer und Vocalist mit der kreativen Energie und Erfahrung jedem Synthesizer seine Visionen zu entlocken) und Axel (langjähriger Vinyldreher und erfahrene Rampensau mit dem Ohr für Innovationen und rockende Arrangements) veröffentlichten 2007 ihre erste EP Vol.1, die wie die beiden Nachfolger, Vol. 2 & 3, sämtliche DL Charts stürmten und in Magazinen, wie Raveline und Partysan hochgelobt wurden. Denn eins war klar: The Beatrabauken klingen irgendwie ..anders! Und das beweisen die beiden norddeutschen Jungs auch ganz klar mit Ihren aktuellen Produktionen. The Beatrabauken haben sich als Band positioniert, die mit Elementen aus Indie, Punk & Pop den elekronischen Musikhorizont erweitern. The Beatrabauken - the world is beat.

Something extraordinary happened in '06 when Axel Eilers and Ben Weber joined forces - The Beatrabauken was born. Ben is the creative studio-machine and vocalist of the band. He started to create electronic beats in 99, whilst at the same time discovering the mc303 and hasn't looked back since....As well as this electro fueled outfit, Ben also has releases out the names of Klangweber and simply Ben Weber. Axel Eilers is the ear of The Beatrabauken. He's consistently full of fresh ideas for cool new sounds and rocking arrangements, taking much influence from the ten years of djing he has under his belt - and has the feeling for sounds which make the people move. His solo project is called Excel Voyage.
