After gaining notoriety for his high energy multi-genre house party sets, Beat Down the Kid has emerged into the bar and club scene as one of the hardest working up-and-coming party pleasers in the DC/Richmond/Virginia Beach circuit. His signature blend of moombahton and electro house has led to work with some of the biggest names in the EDM scene, including Zed's Dead, Bassjackers, Dieselboy, and Rusko. As a producer, Beat Down the Kid has released several original tracks and remixes, including a remix for Hungary-based moombahton producer Kovary, released on Beatport via Noiseporn Records in January 2012.
