@Jin Choi: itd be hard, theres two seperate basses, and i like the interplay between the two of them. i think maybe it just needs to be mixed overall much better.

buddy, the tuning works, but creates a special tension. why don't you try a less figurative bass. i think this track is strong - and a less figurative bass might make it even stronger and solve the tuning issue, if you don't like it.
