DETROIT- DJ Bdubz is piloting a fast-moving career while creating a buzz in the party-going cliques of Southeast Michigan. Many of his electronic house mixes are used by local DJs and have topped remix charts. Bdubz is known in Detroit for gracing the city with creations such as “Right Round Miami”, “Forgot How To Rock Yo Hips”, and “Ghosts ‘N’ Rockstars.” His natural ability to pin-point club hits segued into catchy tunes that are familiar yet fresh.
Bdubz brings the perfect musical aurora to private parties, a skill that allowed him to travel the nation. Although young in his career and even younger in age, the 23-year-old seems to be paving a promising path. Having already scoped out a variety of American hot spots, his muscial taste buds have experienced different flavors, providing fuel to produce a new style of music.
For him, the ideal scenario is one that mimics the first time he played for a large crowd. The energy levels are through the roof, the atmosphere is hot, and his audience is moving. The end of the night is near, but nobody wants to stop dancing, and Bdubz is not about to stop scratching.
He first experienced this near home in White Lake, Mi, before Bdubz, whose real name is Brian Walker, obtained a degree in show production from Full Sail University in Oralndo, Florida and before he was traveling. He purchased his first mixer on his 17th birthday to get his fingers used to the turntables and he continued to excel. Six years later, after honing his skills, finishing his education and becoming a first-choice DJ for private parties, turntables now adjust to his fingers.

Who is Bdubz?

Walker has been musically gifted since his childhood and grew up playing the drums. In high school he dedicated his time to athletics, but he could not get the beat out of his head and was determined to DJ shortly after being introduced to techno music. He ignored acceptance letters from other universities and went to Full Sail, so he could pursue his DJ dream and work in the music industry.
After college, job opportunities sprouted from home, so he headed back to Michigan. He took on postions that exercised his social networking and technical expertise. By observing how every aspect of the entertainment industry functions, Walker understands the true machinery behind nightlife and entertainment. These skills have supplemented his performance and became a bridge to professionalism.
He began touring with private groups and parties, which opened his eyes to different atmospheres in each city. He focuses on mainstream electronic music and recieved roaring reviews early in his career. He still concentrates on mainstream dance music, but he looks forward to expanding his style. He appreciates other forms of techno and is inspired by artists in every genre. He assures underground techno lovers, a style quite different from his own, that they will be familar with his work in the future.
DJ Bdubz is making his way into your iPod, dance club, and head. Like his musical talent, his professional attitude will bring him to the top of the industry. The high energy he creates on the dance floor is similar to the engery surrounding his career, and it is not about to subside any time soon.
