Hello I am Ryan Deras, a.k.a Bboy Ninja, I am on a mission to evolve minds through music. I will make you feel dark and depressed, then make you feel happy, with a change up of feeling pumped and energetic. I've listened and studied music my whole life. I remember the first time I scratched on my fathers turn tables. The feeling of vinyl against my skin tingled through my body, that day I knew music was my thing. Through out time I randomly would scratch or make a simple song, but I never had direction, or even a clue of what I was doing. Until one day I had a quick talk with a man named Mark Sandstorm. He said he liked a beat I made and thought I should keep working on music. From that point on I have been working my way up the chain of music. However, I couldn't have done it without my uncle. He gave me the knowledge and foundation I needed to start. He taught me how to use Reason 4 because I had no clue how. Since then my music has evolved and changed the way I am. It changed the way I listened to music. I was born March 3, 1996, and some how I'm stuck in the past. I can't stop liking the old and hating the new. When people say Drake, I say Grouch. When people say David Guetta, I say Mr. Fingers. When people say Hip hop, I say Drum and Bass. I guess that's why my music style is different. I try to combine the past and the present, which I guess makes the future.
From the way I rap to the way I dress, I throw in b-boy. It's the what I am. My naturally given dance talent also shapes my music. Each song makes me feel a certain way and makes me move. I also like a wide range of music which I try to make myself, such as Hip hop, Trip hop, Dub step, Drum step, Drum and Bass, Jungle, IDM, Glitch, House, Techno, Electro, Trance, Electronica, Break beat, Pop, R&B, Soul, Jazz, Metal, Rock, Alternative, Classical, Orchestral, 8 bit and combinations of styles. I try to make, modify, and combine all these styles in some way. I get the inspirations and feelings from music that comes from these genres.
My mind is filled with many creative, dark and light ideas which I slowly give to the world. I conjure wobbles, synths, drum machines, instruments, lyrics, pads and more. I add them all to give you instrumentals and lyrical beats. The phantom in my mind I let go when I make music. Come on a journey with me through the mind and music. {|-_-|}
