I just bought this CD, and disc 2 has stuck in my car's stereo... Unbelievably high class work. I think Dimitri should start a seminar on how to work with classic multitrack projects. I can feel the enthusiasm, the commitment to quality, and the humbleness to music at all! Congratulations!!!!

I have a lot of this original philly records and I'm still collecting them ;) But Dims edit of "The Jackson" for exemple is how I wished it on the album.

      Dear DFP (and everybody else),

Thank you for this album! You made me (again) shed some tears! For years i play my vinyl treasures form the vaults of Philly to make people happy. Offcourse i try to make a great gig and bring 'Stop and think' (The Tramps) with 'Dance turned into romance' (The Jones Girls) to a higher plain. But having listening to your mix. I know it was a good try.

Keep up bringing music into my life!

      Max

Hello evrybody it's me again. With tears in my eyes i am listening tot this song. It reminds me that on januari 15th Theodore DeReese Pendergrass died. Bless his soul! And let us all remember him with a song!

This is not about Joy. This is about the love for music! Thank U Dimitri for bringing a little love into the world. For years have been playing & mixing the original (!) vinyls at seaside parties. Make people in the Netherlands happy. Now it's U bringing Joy to the world! With kind respect, Max Hubner
