DJ/Producer Sebastian Silva aka Basti is an Argentinian transplant and former indie rocker who relocated to Miami in 1999 to pursue a career in music.

Basti has since established himself as a regular in Miami’s underground house and techno scene and has played alongside artists like Mark Henning, Seth Troxler, Dilo, Gurtz, Fase, Damian Schwartz, Robert Dietz, Butane, Shaun Reeves, No Regular Play, Bruno Pronsato, Alexi Delano, Wolf + Lamb, Gaiser, Konrad Black, Matias Aguayo, Barem, Lee Foss, Soul Clap, Ida Engberg, Sascha Funke, Dinky, Sergio Santos, Tanner Ross, Dyed Soundorom, Matt John, Rodriguez Jr. and Ambivalent among others.

He became a resident DJ with the PL0T collective in 2008 until the summer of 2011 when he moved on, to focus on his solo career as a DJ and Producer.

He has also made the leap to incorporate live elements in his performances, using hardware MIDI controllers and analog drum machines, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to his live sound.
