Chicago grown, bassphreaK has a passion for bringing masterfully selected bass music to the dance floor. Having first played live in early 2010, bassphreaK's love of music and devotion to his live performance have now taken him across the country to play countless events ranging from raves, concerts, festivals and dance competitions. With a tireless drive to push forward, bassphreaK's constantly evolving mixing style is accompanied by an enthusiasm to further dive into the expressive depths of controllerism and add to his live appearances, which are never limited by genre, and are embellished by live edits and remixing, acapellas, and consistent sampling.

In 2010, bassphreaK founded SUB Culture Entertainment, a local Chicago DJ crew and promotions company. Recently, that idea has expanded to an online bass music blog which continues to grow into an interactive home for fellow bass enthusiasts. Also, SUB Culture Entertainment has started a weekly webcast, called After Dark, performed by various SUB Culture DJs including bassphreaK.

As we near the end of 2012, bassphreaK will be one to watch as his continued growth ensures more dance floor pleasure. (Assuming the world doesn't end via zombie apocalypse, of course.)
