My name is Bart Trotman and I am in a couple of different experimental music projects in Greensboro, North Carolina. INVISIBLE is an art/music project that involves elaborate homemade instruments, such as the Selectric Typewriter, which is a typewriter hooked up to a piano. Every letter typed equals one note played. A tiny camera projects the text typed.
I also write, record and perform as Workday/Schoolnight, which is synthpunk meets found sound collage. No laptops invited.
I also play drums for Secret Message Machine, which is Michael Barret's indie rock project.
Oh, and I make videos too.
