About
Biography
Bart Stellingwerf is a Dutch DJ/Producer who started to spin records at the age of 15. At the age of 18 he met DJ Diego Valdez who introduced him to the pure old-school techno sound, and Bart was immediately addicted to this rhythms.
Inspired by this sound and DJs like Adam Beyer, Marco Carola and Richie Hawtin he started to buy techno records. Over time, his music-style changed a bit and he describes it as "Techno House". It's a mix of tech house, minimal, techno and chicago house.
His DJ-set are always energetic and he’ll always try to set dance-floors on fire with hypnotic rhythms and pumping basslines. He prefers to play long sets, so he can take his audience on a musical trip.
Nowadays he’s spending much time in the studio to work on new tracks and remixes. To improve his technological knowledge and bring his tracks to an higher level, he started to study Audio Engineering at SAE, which he passed.
