Not everybody knows, but Bart&Baker was actually "conceived" at one of those legendary parties at Club Vinyl - Tribeca was the PLACE, Body&Soul was the NAME, Krivit, Kevorkian & Claussel where the MEN. A subtle mix of Philly & pre-disco sounds, quality house music, brazilian rhymes. Oh oy, seing those japanese turists, portorican locals, ghetto boys, gay butchs all embraced in the same musical therapy. So, this is what Body&Soul sounded for us at the time and we have kept all the joy and elegy of it to create our music.

That's why probably our swingset try to be so euphoric and open to different influences.
