Barry Koota delivers a grouse and cheeky bucket-load twang of glitchy funk that stretches any gurn and makes heads not consistently. With the sneakily clever and creative placement of sounds and samples that comes from making prog as One Tasty Morsel, this project is a well-rounded product of a variety of production experiences and a large range of influences. The result is a bouncy and refined sound that progresses a lot more rapidly and subtly than many others writing at this tempo, thus pushing the boundaries and conventions of glitch-hop. As Barry Koota emerges as a driving force of Adapted Records in 2012, dance floors, gurns and head nods are prone to become more large and ridiculous when taking in these well-constructed grooves
