played this out friday opening for cumba mela right before the dance floor really broke and totally had four nineteen year old girls with glow-stick bracelets lip syncing along to the vocal hook around here while they were like straight up fucking doing this kind of naiive, intuitive version of voguing. they were such amazing dancers-- it was somewhere between watching the awakening of some great unknowable lizard-brain urge emerging from their dna in a grand warehouse puberty rite and watching the shaggs discover rock and roll. great fucking track, ladies love it but all the bros freaks out at the datsik synth line. thnx again 4 promo dl!!
