About

Projects:
Pupilar
The solo musical-moniker of Kevin Ingham. It has and will always pursue anything and everything it desires. It is beauty and darkness; intimacy and power. It is dubs and drones; grit and filth. It is samples and ambience; beats and breaks. It is analogue instrumentation and digital synthesis. It is precise and intricate; evocative and expansive. It is a perpetually evolving experiment; a path, a journey and a creative liberation.
Cymophane
A collaboration between Kevin "Pupilar" Ingham and Ian "SDZH" Ainslie, presenting cinematic sound design married with dub, techno, breaks and bass which bridges the past, present and future of electronic music, arcing effortlessly between textured calm, gushing emotion and pounding intensity. After several years of hard work their début album has been intimately crafted to form an intricate yet astonishing epic.
Higher Council Of Mars
Conceived in the grim underbelly of the motherland of Blackpool in 2005. After their initial EP was well received, work began in 2007 on a full length album. HCOM recorded their début in July/August '07 then handed the results over to me to lovingly craft into the monolithic creation it became. I primarily acted as producer, but also worked hard as a shadow fifth member, adding in all manner of electronics, drones, samples, synths, noise and filth to make the record as immense as it deserved to be. The results of this collaboration resulted in my acceptance into the HCOM fold as a full-time member and live performer, before the band disbanded in early 2009.
