A speeded-up variation of the traditional progressive muscle relaxation designed to relax you in a very short time. The background noises are of two kinds: one is a combination of 7.83 and 8.00 Hertz frequencies, which is roughly the resonance of Mother Earth and supposedly within the range of the Alpha brainwave state too. The other is the continual whir of my old laptop's fan, which I find can actually help one go even deeper into this state of relaxation, not unlike white noise.
Do not listen while partaking in any acitivity that requires alertness.
