MJ George devised Baldie in 2011; a solo music project with the single intent of putting new, original earworms into your head and beats in your feet.

Born and raised in England (UK) where he was involved with a number of gigging band-type projects before migrating to New Zealand in 2005. Technology filled the gap once filled by fellow band mates vacated and Baldie was born.

2011 proved a turning point in terms of sound with an ever-increasing shift into electro-rock but that's incidental; the emphasis is and always will be on the song, regardless of platform - Baldie aims to never lose sight of that objective.
