Backstage Sluts

After a chance meeting through a mutual friend the three decided to start a project together called the Backstage Sluts – Creating some killer remixes and re-edits!

We don’t call our work bootlegs we take a track be it Velvet Underground or Rage – and take it more dancefloor…..

The first track we did was the mighty Janes Addiction track ‘Been Caught Stealing’ - We made it to play with Perry Farrell at Transmission Barfly over six years ago.

It was championed by XFMS Eddy TM on the prodigy tour and was a personal favourite of Mr Howlett...

The first 12" Thigh High Boots Ep reached Number 1 in the coolcuts chart. and had much love and support from Eddy Temple-Morris, Krafty Kuts, Soul of Man, Freestylers, Nathan Detriot, Norman Cook, Simply Jeff, Mark Moore, Annie Nightengale

Since then the Sluts toured with the biggest dance act on the planet The Prodigy and opened up the tour armed with 15 tracks given the slut treatment.
