About

Babylone was raised with a love of music. This was largely due to the influence of her family, full of artists, and found a particular love for Classical music, as well as an admiration and aspiration towards creativity.

Aged 8, she was introduced to Mr Bardot, the director of the Children’s Choir at the Opera National de Paris. Through Mr. Bardot as a mentor, she learnt the value of hard work, determination and was able to grow as a singer. This experience was invaluable and much of her talent and skill is owed to the time and effort he made to help her voice mature.

The time came when Babylone looked for her own way of creative expression. Here began a move from a Classical Style, to the more modern style of music. This opened a world of possibilities, to share her song with all, sincerely and independently, through personal compositions and texts.

By chance, she met the manager of the label "Coton Tige", Thomas Clapin. The fusion of her classically influenced voice, and his minimalistic beats, resulted in not only a budding romance, but also a unique and fresh sound.

Having signed to the label, she now performs, always with the goal of creating something independent and sincere.
