Ex-directory (literally: not in telephone directory) is a musical project born in 2004 thanks to collaboration of two musicians and performer-djs: B-Hors and Piltz. They use personal computer, electronic machines and elettro-acustic instruments to compose and play chill out, techno-ambient, dance, etc... Electronic's ultra-world hermits, they test themselves performing live-sets, dj-sets, compositions for theater and audiovisuals. Trained their ears on the frequencies of Radio K Centrale (Bologna-Italy), where Piltz and B-hors were authors and speakers of various elettro-music live broadcast, the two djs decided to experience digital sampling and to produce some experimental concepts, researching a personal style. It is possible to listen the fruits of our study in works, auto-produced during 2005 and 2006, result of a selection done considering hundreds hours of listening and work.
