Azmyth Kaminski has been Djing up & down the Western US Corridor for the past 10 Years. Gracing festivals, Clubs & underground Events alike with an ever evolving sound that mixes every Electronic style of genera known to man. Starting off in 99 after “RAVING” & dancing his heart out at Seattle events in his home state for over 4 years. He began his path from Dancer to DJ Starting with 25 records of mixed genre’s he had made a trade for. Attempting to mix D’n’B with trance, House, Breaks & Acid Jazz might not have been the best answer to a smart start. But it did in fact infuse his ears with his widely selective tastes in music. Shortly after DJ in clubs & raves with the Moniker ‘B-SMARTER’ in Seattle, he began throwing events under the name Equalize Entertainment. Touring a bit up & down the West coast headlining at party’s led him to meet his first DJ Duo Partner Aaron Sontag ‘FIRE’, who he Created SPARXX with. Which also toured Extensively in Canada & The west coast. Continuing to throw successful small & large scale events he Looked to California where touring had taken him. In 2005, he made the brave move to Los Angeles & started a new Company Manifest Station with Co-Founder Stephan Jacobs. Here he began a new DJ path & has gone through many changes. Now DJing simply under his name AZMYTH. He has progressed through vinyl to CDJs, multiples of these sources together with effects processors to finally present himself with Ableton Live & midi controllers. Able to control & contort multiple sound frequencies at the same time while Remixing & mashing tracks with samples & effects. He has began a new path along sound manipulation. He has worked with some of the best, held his best residency proudly @ SPACE ISLAND (LA’s best now defunct underground club) & toured to parts of Asia. He has settled in a sound that is four to the floor, yet Steppy at times. Dark & dirty if need be & light fun & goofy most of the time. Ethnically induced, classics from the past & quality in sound always. Never stopping moving while at the controls, He lights up an event like no other. He’s coming to you soon with a sound you’ll love……
