I'm a modern art painter and modern jazz musician from Northern Bavaria.
In music I was strongly influenced by the developments in modern jazz of the 1960s and 1970 years, so I try to use experimental free-jazz improvisations on the one hand and in addition some relaxed composed Latin jazz ballads on the other side to satisfy my need for intrinsic music.

Various collaborations - here is primarily to mention my musical work with my good friends, the great singer Oddrun Eikli from Oslo and also Werner Büsch and his "Music and Art Ensemble" (Germany) - have emerged in the last two years. These original music is built on the basis of our shared attitudes and kindred souls.

Topically we developed a new quintet project with Oddrun Eikli and Arne Hiorth (Oslo), Cheryl Pyle (New York City) and Sean O'Bryan Smith (Nashville).
The newest collaboration is a jazz duo with the exceptional jazz soloist Cheryl Pyle from New York on flute.

At this point I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all my wonderful musical friends and their most appreciated collaborating.
