Where the boundaries were the limits of their imaginations; Captain Shwan and DJ Asylum began learning how to DJ over 10 years ago. Asylum started with Trance and Captain Shwan with Funky House and over the years, they experimented with all the major genres such as: Hard House, Hardstyle, Hard Trance, Psy-Trance, Electro/Fidget etc. With backgrounds like that, there's no wonder these two sound so good together, and in 2007 Awesome Sauce was born. Bringing a unique style of electronic music to the dance floor; these two really know how to boost the energy level.

Both Dj's have performed at places like the Phoenix Bistro in DC, Klub Ambush in Virginia Beach, the Boar's Nest and Sobo's in Norfolk. Back in the early 2000's, these guy's were performing at the same venues on the same nights and didn't even know it. Apparently it was fate that brought these two DJ's together.
