Austin Millz is a young producer from Harlem, New York. He has always been passionate about music, which spawned a desire to partake in its' creation. Armed with a PC and an impeccable ear, he taught himself how to use Fruity Loops and first began producing in his teenage years. He also proved himself to be more than digital -- as a musician he played the saxophone. Becoming serious about his craft, he then studied other audio engineering concepts during the span of middle school and high school. His first music break happened in 2006 when Loud Records/SRC A&R and legendary producer Sean. C got a hold of his music. After that, the legendary production crew Sean C. and LV then took Austin under their wing and his music has been progressing ever since.
After a short production hiatus to attend and graduate from Penn State University, Austin made his return to the production game. At the top of 2012, he released his debut instrumental beat tape, which got notoriety from the internet blogs, and influential bloggers, landing on a ton of media outlets such as The Source Mag, You Heard That New, and HipHopWired. He even scored an international placement on UK's well respected site The Hip Hop Chronicle. Austin has secured major placements with Jim Jones and other artists such as Ryshon Jones, A.P., Al Doe, Nas & The Bravehearts, Panama, Show Tufli, Chill Moody and more. With more and more people taking to his music and connections being made, the possibilities for the young Harlem-bred producer are no less than limitless.
