This is a chamber music piece for strings and winds, at the end also some horns and timpani. It tries to be in the vein of Mozart and Haydn, but yet offer a slightly mysterious vibe. Note that the form of the piece is: A x 2, B x 2 and then C. So there are a lot of repeats like in a classical piece.
