About

The quest for aesthetics continues.. Audiophysical - founded and fronted by André Lamb in Wellington, New Zealand circa 2006. Styles could be defined as Blue Jazz with a pinch of Funk and a dash of Downbeat... Centred around live recorded instruments, Lamb's arrangements and playing plus a handful of featured Artists, the project is a woven blend of old and new recordings, sampled snippets, sequenced elements and captured atmospheres. Currently based in northern Europe, Audiophysical is working on a full length LP to be released 2013.
2011 saw the release of the Shellac EP out now on Hiperbole Records and available for digital download on Juno, itunes, Amazon and Soulseduction etc.
Currently available for free download is the first installment in a series of EPs "Premillennial Beats". These tunes are a nod to beat makers and the qualities of the 90´s and it´s production techniques. A new EP will be available every month or so.
