@RenzotheDestroyer The feedback on the t-res is just ridiculously over the top. It's difficult to predict what will happen when you turn a knob most of the time. As this track shows, it's capable of some doomtastic drones, and lots of weird squeeks, and everything in between, but it's not really a go-to device for a certain sound, it's more of an abstract "I wonder what will happen if.." kind of inspirational tool. At least for me. The smallest turn of a knob can make a drastic change in sound too.

I took it out to a gig once, and will probably never do so again. It just overwhelmed the sound system with crushing sub-bass. For an improv thing, it takes a lot of practise to tame it and know where its sweet spots are. Also, going through a compressor/limiter is pretty much a must-do. Without it, it just clips and screams.

I've probably made it sound awful, but it's a really fun filter that sounds like nothing else (though the sherman kinda comes close in some ways I guess), and not something I'll be letting go of in a hurry.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm glad you liked it. To think I almost left this fester on my hard disk for the rest of time..

@wetterberg: I bought it on ebay from a guy called 'spunkytoofers'. He regularly has various bent stuff on there, and it's usually something weird like this, rather than just yet-another-bent-SK1
