Atjazz Record Company is proud to present Fromwood, the newest addition to the ARCo family, who joins us from European shores. His debut cut for the label comprises of two exquisitely put together pieces of music that show off his unique sound and prove that you can combine science and soul.

The title track, Homesphere is a rolling piece of house music that does what it does, very well. The song features vocal snippets from interviews taken around the world, that explore people’s notion of ‘home’. These vocals are smoothly bedded in by a wash of swirling arpeggios and fast paced percussion, spaciously arranged by Fromwood’s technical ear.

Postcard shows another display of Fromwoods production prowess by intertwining spoken word and music in a piece that represents the months of the year, in twelve typical Japanese traditions.

Fromwood would like to send a thousand thanks to Candy Soul, Missoless, Lara, Claire and Yasuko for their support in this project but above all for their friendship. A special thanks also to Martin Iveson for believing in the project, his great professionalism and unlimited patience.
