Bicep es el dúo de británicos afincados en Belfast que juntos comparten una obsesión por lo analógico. Empezaron con poco menos de veinte años a pinchar juntos buscando entre el Disco y el Detroit Tecno su propio estilo. Coleccionistas de música más allá de lo razonable Andy y Rory crean su propio estilo musical, ellos lo describen como: ‘analogue disco & raw soul’… allá el que quiera traducirlo…
Los apuestos Dj’s recién aterrizados de su gira asiática, llegan a Barcelona por segunda vez, pero no será hasta el Domingo 20 de Junio cuando estarán detrás de los controles en Athletic Disco Club (donde cuentan con gran número de seguidores). Nos esperamos una sesión de un exquisita mezcla entre lo nuevo y clásico y el más puro eclecticismo inglés.

Bicep is an analogue obsessed British duo who live in Belfast. They started DJing together and looking for there own style, somewhere between Disco and Detroit techno, when they were just over 20 years of age. Andy and Rory are music collectors that go further than what is considered reasonable and have now created their own style which they describe as “analogue disco & raw soul”.
They have recently returned from their Asian tour and will be in Barcelona for a second time but won’t be seen behind the controls in the Athletic Disco Club, where they have a great number of fans, until the 20th of June. What awaits us is an exquisite session somewhere between the new and the classic in a pure English eclectic style.
